Hades GTR-S
True Racing Breed -- The HADES GTR-S, is simply, a pure thoroughbred racing car developed with GTR specification prototype racing in mind. The earlier GTR spec was designed to be built and raced at the Le Mans 24 hour. The car’s design is dominated by only one major factor, an exercise in aerodynamics
and extensive computational fluid dynamics. In essence, the styling has been created by functionality giving the argument that designers are the best stylists for exotic cars. The structure is a honeycomb carbon fibre monocoque with a reinforced driver cell and frontal crushable impact structure. This all was designed to be powered by a 6.0 litre 586bhp V12 engine.
The street version, the GTR-S has not been toned down. A highly engineered rear spoiler takes place of the high downforce wing. The engine will be replaced with a similar specification engine. But keeping tradition with our commitment to green vehicles, a 4x135bhp motor (one for each wheel) is planned for a highly balanced car with drive-by-wire traction control, driver steering and control assist. This project has been over 8 years in the making, it will be very exclusive for the very few.

When first designed in 2001, this was one of the very few cars that was completely designed, and tested through simulation through computers.
Was in the Top 5 International Transportation Design of the Year, Top 40 overall International Design of the Year 2004 & Certificate of Design Excellence Award in a seminar in Nashville Tennessee for the design of the Hades GTR spec Lemans Prototype racecar. (then under the company name GigiAndretti) Then won by John Deere, USA. These design are voted out of an estimated 1600 company entrants from Europe, America and Asia that use CAD tools as their main design tool by a panel of judges constituting of leading industrial and engineering designers from the automotive and various engineering industries in the United States for Parametric Technology Corporation.
An earlier aerodynamic shape project was in the top 5 International Transportation Design of the Year 2002 in a ceremony in Atlanta, Georgia, The other four finalists include Harley Davidson USA (winner), SpezialFahrzeuge GmbH GER, Harrop Engineering USA and First Technology Safety Systems USA. These will not be the last of the awards.
