The aim of manufacturing outsourcing is to maintain those designs for manufacturing techniques to deliver that experience not only for a complete vehicle, but also for outsourcing our engineering skills to collaborate on component level projects. This would include collaborating on product development with the clients including research design and development, analysis and prototyping and production, or just outsourcing manufacturing to specifications from Clients.

This would be based on 3D model data provided directly for CNC machined components or through shop level manufacturing drawings, reverse engineering and benchmarking. Most of the automotive manufacturing can be achieved by our sister companies Karakoram MC and Dynasty Electric Vehicles. A consortium of other manufacturers in Asia (and soon in Europe) has been developed that will be managed by Ayton Willow management team for our projects. Having its presence in Europe and in Asia, makes it easier for management of outsourcing projects with the top level management and sales engineers working directly with the client. All the consortium companies have ISO certification and have been working on projects on SAE, ASME standards and Military specifications.
